Conference Announced

Building upon the success of the ‘Rethinking the Modern: Empire, Colonialism and Slavery’ conference held in Birmingham in July 2011, we are very excited to be putting on a follow-up conference on 4th and 5th July 2013. This time the theme will be ‘Race. Migrantion. Citizenship. Postcolonial and Decolonial Perspectives’. The conference will again be at the historic Birmingham Midland Institute in Birmingham, UK.

This website will provide updates about the conference as it takes shape.
